You have a solid background in IT systems administration, with experience supporting both hardware and software environments. Your technical expertise includes proficiency in managing Apple products and familiarity with various applications such as Google Workspace, Jamf, and Okta. You are comfortable working independently and can exercise sound judgment in troubleshooting and resolving issues. Your ability to communicate effectively with team members and provide training on systems and applications is a key strength. You are committed to continuous learning and staying updated on the latest technologies relevant to your role.
Desirable
Experience with network support and troubleshooting is a plus, as is familiarity with Zoom and other collaboration tools. You may also have a background in healthcare or a related field, which would enhance your understanding of the unique challenges faced in this industry.
