What you'll do

In this role, you will provide responsive, friendly IT support for employees across multiple offices and channels. You will provision, configure, and decommission laptops and workstations (Windows, macOS, Linux) using an MDM suite. You will manage identity and access platforms such as Google Workspace and AWS, ensuring proper provisioning, deprovisioning, and permission hygiene. You will own and maintain the IT knowledge base, onboarding and offboarding workflows, hardware deployment, access, IT training, and software license management.

You will administer and maintain on-prem and cloud-based systems, including servers, networks, storage, and core business applications. Overseeing network infrastructure will be part of your responsibilities, including switches, firewalls, wireless access points, VPNs, VLANs, and site-to-site connectivity. You will support meeting rooms and collaboration tools like Zoom, Teams, and Meet, as well as printers, cameras, and peripherals. Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues for PCs, Macs, printers, switches, and access points will be key tasks.

You will implement and monitor security controls, including endpoint protection, multi-factor authentication, patching, encryption, and vulnerability remediation. Your role will also involve developing, documenting, and maintaining scalable IT processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
