You have extensive experience as a Systems Administrator, particularly in managing hybrid infrastructure environments. Your deep expertise in both Windows and Linux systems allows you to navigate complex server environments with ease. You understand the critical importance of security and compliance in regulated environments, especially within the space industry. Your background includes hands-on experience with cloud technologies and identity management solutions, ensuring that you can effectively support the organization's operational needs.

You are well-versed in administering Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), including user provisioning, group policies, and conditional access policies. Your familiarity with on-premises Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) infrastructure, including domain controllers and DNS, equips you to maintain robust identity management systems. You have a strong understanding of PKI infrastructure and have experience using certificate authority solutions like Step CA.

Your technical skills extend to managing virtualization platforms such as Proxmox, VMware vSphere, and Hyper-V, allowing you to optimize server performance and uptime. You are also proficient in administering TrueNAS storage systems, focusing on configuration, performance optimization, and capacity planning. Your ability to deploy and manage IT operations solutions like ManageEngine demonstrates your commitment to enhancing operational efficiency.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage and maintain production server environments, ensuring maximum uptime and performance. You will be responsible for configuring and managing Gusto/Entra ID integration for automated employee onboarding and off-boarding workflows. Your expertise in Windows Server and Linux systems will be crucial as you support and troubleshoot across both physical and virtual environments.

You will design, implement, and maintain PKI infrastructure, ensuring that security protocols are upheld. Your role will also involve managing virtualization platforms, where you will optimize server performance and ensure that resources are allocated efficiently. You will administer and maintain TrueNAS storage systems, focusing on configuration and performance optimization to meet the organization's data storage needs.

Additionally, you will implement and maintain comprehensive backup and disaster recovery solutions, ensuring that the organization is prepared for any potential data loss scenarios. Your work will directly contribute to the operational excellence of Turion Space, supporting their mission in the space industry.
