Overview

Qonto is hiring a Kaizen Officer to lead the transformation of continuous improvement across the organization. You'll focus on building a culture of operational excellence and embedding sustainable improvement practices. This role requires strong facilitation skills and a systems thinking approach.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in operational excellence and continuous improvement methodologies, ideally with experience in Lean practices. Your ability to facilitate training programs and workshops has helped teams solve real operational problems effectively. You are a systems thinker, capable of analyzing complex situations to identify root causes and design sustainable solutions. Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in French is highly appreciated.

What you'll do

As a Kaizen Officer at Qonto, you will be instrumental in shifting Lean from theory to practice within the organization. You will lead initiatives that promote a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that operational excellence is embedded across all teams. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to identify areas for improvement and implementing actionable strategies that yield measurable business impact.
