What you'll do
As the Performance Marketing Manager for the Netherlands, you will lead our digital acquisition campaigns, focusing on scaling our presence in this rapidly growing market. You will manage a marketing budget of approximately 3M€, strategically allocating resources to acquire between 3,600 and 4,000 new customers. Your role will involve analyzing campaign performance, optimizing strategies to reduce acquisition costs, and ensuring that our marketing efforts align with Qonto's mission of supporting SMEs. You will work autonomously within a dynamic team, contributing to a culture that values mastery and continuous improvement.
