What you'll do

As the Lead Site Reliability Engineer at Qonto, you will be responsible for restoring a functional management layer within the Platform team. You will lead a team of approximately eight engineers, working closely with the Head of SRE to reduce incident noise and accelerate delivery. Your role will involve building a simpler, more resilient, and reliable infrastructure that supports the company's mission of helping SMEs succeed in business. You will implement best practices in incident management and work on strategic initiatives to enhance the overall reliability of the platform.
