Overview

Qualified is hiring a Customer Success Architect to lead the implementation and adoption of their Conversational Marketing Platform. You'll work closely with clients to enhance their sales and marketing processes. This role requires strong consultative skills and a deep understanding of marketing technology.

Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an accessible way makes you an invaluable partner to your clients. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction and success with the Qualified platform.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Architect at Qualified, you will own the successful implementation and adoption of the Qualified Conversational Marketing Platform for both new and existing customers. You will lead customers through the Qualified Implementation Framework, ensuring they understand how to utilize the platform effectively. You will interface with Enterprise Architects to outline the optimal technical architecture for onboarding Qualified products, documenting technical requirements to align with customer business objectives. Your role will involve providing coaching and education to key stakeholders about Conversational Marketing, enhancing their understanding and adoption of Qualified products. You will conduct quarterly reviews to assess progress and identify areas for further development, ensuring that clients are maximizing the value of their investment in Qualified.
