Your proficiency in JavaScript and Python is complemented by experience with frameworks like React and Node.js. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with Product Managers and Designers to create user-centric products. Your strong communication skills enable you to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively. You are passionate about building delightful, AI-powered products that make a tangible impact on users.

Desirable

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus, as is familiarity with agile methodologies. You are open to learning new technologies and adapting to the evolving landscape of software development.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the entire end-to-end feature lifecycle, from rapid ideation and prototyping to coding, testing, deployment, and monitoring. You will be responsible for developing and delivering new products that leverage AI technologies to enhance lead conversions and improve efficiency within the inbound pipeline motion.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build innovative features that engage website visitors and capture leads. Your work will involve integrating AI capabilities into the platform, ensuring that the solutions you develop are scalable and maintainable.

You will also play a key role in driving the engineering culture at Qualified, mentoring junior engineers, and fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement. Your contributions will directly impact the success of the product and the satisfaction of its users.
