What you'll do

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Qualified, you will play a key role in developing the PipelineAI platform, which aims to revolutionize pipeline generation for B2B companies. You will design and implement features that engage website visitors and convert leads into valuable pipeline opportunities. Your work will involve collaborating closely with product and design teams to ensure that the solutions you build align with user needs and business objectives.

You will take complete ownership of your projects, from initial design through deployment and monitoring. This includes writing clean, maintainable code, conducting thorough testing, and participating in code reviews to uphold quality standards. You will also be responsible for optimizing application performance and ensuring scalability as user demand grows.

In addition to your technical contributions, you will mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and helping them grow in their roles. You will actively participate in team discussions, providing insights and suggestions that drive product development forward.
