Quiq is hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead and manage complex projects for enterprise customers. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project execution. This role requires strong project management skills and experience in customer engagement.

You have a proven track record in program management, particularly in managing complex, high-impact projects for enterprise clients. Your experience includes building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You are adept at resource planning and have a keen understanding of customer satisfaction metrics. You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable working with senior leadership to drive project success.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with clients and internal teams alike. Your ability to educate stakeholders on the nuances of AI and AI Assistants is a key asset, as is your experience in developing and executing workshops that enhance customer understanding and application of technology. You are detail-oriented and have a strategic mindset, always looking for ways to optimize processes and deliver long-term business value.
What you'll do
As a Senior Program Manager at Quiq, you will lead and manage multiple enterprise-level projects from initiation through delivery and into optimization. You will ensure that all projects adhere to our Services Methodology approach, completing them on time, within scope, and within budget. Your role will involve close collaboration with clients, internal teams, and senior leadership to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
You will take ownership of developing workshops that educate clients on AI technologies and assist them in tuning and optimizing their use of the Quiq application. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders will be crucial, as you will serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related activities. You will also help define the PMO function as the team continues to grow and evolve, contributing to the overall success of the Professional Services team.
