You have a strong background in customer success leadership, ideally within a SaaS environment, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth through effective post-sale strategies. Your experience includes redefining customer lifecycles to enhance adoption and retention, ensuring that customers achieve measurable ROI quickly. You are revenue-minded and product-savvy, with a deep understanding of how to turn customer success into a growth engine for the company. You excel at building customer advocacy programs that translate customer satisfaction into market impact, and you are passionate about elevating the customer voice within the organization. You understand the construction finance industry and are excited about the opportunity to transform it through innovative solutions.
What you'll do
As the VP of Customer Success, you will define and execute strategies that enhance customer retention and drive revenue growth. You will redesign the customer lifecycle to ensure that customers see a clear ROI within 90 days, fostering long-term retention and satisfaction.
