You are an IT Support Specialist with a knack for troubleshooting and a passion for maintaining IT systems. You thrive in environments where you can be the 'fixer' of computers, printer connections, and software accessibility. Your attention to detail ensures that all equipment is in order, and you approach challenges with urgency and a smile. You have experience managing installations, upgrades, and configurations of both Mac and PC systems, and you are familiar with tools like JAMF for managing a multi-platform base.
You have a strong understanding of IT policies and practices, and you enjoy providing both on-site and remote training to employees. Your ability to manage enterprise software licenses and seats is complemented by your experience with ticketing systems like Jira, which you use to implement effective workflows. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are eager to support your colleagues in enhancing their IT experience.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing IT policies and practices within Sendbird. You will provide on-site and remote training and troubleshooting of IT systems and software to employees, ensuring that they have the tools they need to succeed. You will manage installations, upgrades, and configurations of hardware and software, focusing on a multi-platform base that primarily includes Mac (OSX) and PC (Windows) computers.
You will oversee Okta and JAMF operations, integrating Okta with various systems to streamline user access and security. Your role will involve maintaining IT equipment, managing enterprise software licenses, and implementing effective workflows to improve efficiency. You will also be responsible for responding to IT help desk tickets through Jira, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
