RainFocus is hiring an Associate Solution Consultant to drive post-sale client implementations and consult on platform configuration best practices. This role requires collaboration with Solution Consultants and Solution Architects.

As an Associate Solution Consultant, you are eager to become an expert in RainFocus products and industry best practices, working well within small, focused teams. You understand the importance of driving post-sale client implementations and are ready to take on the challenge of consulting on platform configuration best practices. You are capable of educating clients on the implemented RainFocus toolset, ensuring they maximize the value of the software. Your ability to work alongside Solution Consultants and Solution Architects will be crucial in driving requirements and designing effective solutions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for consulting on platform configuration best practices and driving requirements for client implementations. You will work closely with Solution Consultants and Solution Architects to design and configure solutions tailored to client needs. Your role will involve educating clients on the RainFocus toolset, helping them understand how to leverage the software for their events. You will also have the opportunity to mentor and train peers, contributing to the overall consulting skill set within the Client Success organization. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring that clients have a seamless experience with RainFocus, ultimately enhancing their event operations and attendee experiences.
