What you'll do

As an Associate Solution Consultant at RainFocus, you will play a critical role in driving post-sale client implementations. You will work alongside experienced Solution Consultants and Solution Architects to consult on platform configuration best practices. Your responsibilities will include gathering client requirements, designing and configuring solutions, and educating clients on how to effectively use the RainFocus toolset. You will be instrumental in ensuring that clients have a seamless experience as they implement our innovative software solutions.

You will engage with clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their event experiences. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of best practices and resources that support the consulting team.

In addition to your core responsibilities, you will have the chance to participate in training sessions and workshops, further developing your skills and knowledge in the consulting field. Your contributions will help shape the future of client success at RainFocus, as you work to elevate the attendee experience and streamline event operations for our clients.
