You have a strong background in consulting or customer-facing roles, ideally with experience in technology or research platforms. You excel at problem-solving and enjoy uncovering customer pain points to provide tailored solutions. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with account directors and other stakeholders to drive customer success. You are energized by discovery and have a knack for storytelling, particularly when it comes to demonstrating product value. You understand the importance of building relationships and trust with clients, ensuring they feel supported throughout their evaluation process.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner closely with Account Directors to guide prospective customers through their evaluation of Dscout’s research platform. You will act as both a product expert and a strategic advisor, uncovering pain points and shaping use cases that demonstrate how Dscout’s solutions deliver real value. Your responsibilities will include conducting product demonstrations, preparing tailored presentations, and addressing customer inquiries. You will also collaborate with the product team to provide feedback from customers, helping to shape future product developments. Your role will be crucial in influencing customer decisions and ensuring a smooth transition from evaluation to onboarding.
