What you'll do

As the Recruiting Manager at Ramp, you will lead the recruitment strategy for engineering roles, ensuring that we attract and hire the best talent in the industry. You will collaborate closely with engineering leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment plans that align with our business goals.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers. Your role will involve creating job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and expectations of each position, as well as promoting Ramp's unique culture and values to prospective candidates.

You will implement innovative sourcing strategies to reach diverse talent pools, leveraging social media, networking events, and industry partnerships. In addition to direct recruitment efforts, you will play a key role in employer branding initiatives, helping to position Ramp as an employer of choice in the fintech space.
