Who you are
You have a proven track record in recruitment, particularly within the engineering sector — you understand the nuances of hiring for technical roles and can effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers alike. Your experience spans at least 5 years, during which you've developed a keen eye for talent and a deep understanding of the skills and qualifications that make candidates successful in engineering roles.
You are adept at building relationships — both with candidates and internal stakeholders. You know how to engage with diverse talent pools and create a positive candidate experience that reflects Ramp's values. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate the company's mission and culture effectively to potential hires.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. You are organized and detail-oriented, ensuring that every candidate receives the attention they deserve throughout the hiring process. You are also data-driven, using metrics to assess the effectiveness of your recruitment strategies and make informed decisions.
Desirable
Experience with AI or fintech recruitment is a plus, as it aligns with Ramp's focus on modern finance solutions. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment marketing tools will enhance your ability to attract and engage candidates.
What you'll do
As the Recruiting Manager at Ramp, you will lead the recruitment strategy for engineering roles, ensuring that we attract and hire the best talent in the industry. You will collaborate closely with engineering leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment plans that align with our business goals.
You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers. Your role will involve creating job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and expectations of each position, as well as promoting Ramp's unique culture and values to prospective candidates.
You will implement innovative sourcing strategies to reach diverse talent pools, leveraging social media, networking events, and industry partnerships. You will also analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve our hiring processes and ensure we are meeting our diversity and inclusion goals.
In addition to direct recruitment efforts, you will play a key role in employer branding initiatives, helping to position Ramp as an employer of choice in the fintech space. You will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content that showcases our company culture and the impact of our work.
