What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end design process, from problem discovery to the final handoff of designs to the product and engineering teams. You will partner with your pod, which includes a product manager and engineers, to scope project work and define the design process and timeline. Your responsibilities will include mapping user flows, creating wireframe concepts, and ensuring that your designs are intuitive and user-friendly. You will actively participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to your peers, fostering a collaborative design culture. Additionally, you will stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance your design skills and contribute to the team's success.
