Who you are

You have a strong background in software engineering with at least 5 years of experience in building and delivering high-quality, secure production services. Your expertise spans across multiple areas including backend, frontend, infrastructure, and QA, allowing you to wear many hats in a dynamic environment. You are proficient in languages such as Java, JavaScript, and Python, and have hands-on experience with frameworks like React and Node.js. Your familiarity with cloud services, particularly AWS, enables you to design scalable and efficient systems. You understand the importance of security and performance in financial applications and have a track record of implementing best practices in these areas.

You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to scope requirements and deliver features that enhance user experience. You are comfortable leading engineering efforts, setting technical strategies, and designing architecture that meets both current and future needs. Your problem-solving skills are complemented by your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams.

Desirable

Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes is a plus.
