What you'll do

In this role, you will own and drive the hiring process across Range's engineering, product, and design teams. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies that attract world-class talent. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the offer process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates. You will also play a critical role in shaping the company's talent acquisition strategy and contribute to building a strong employer brand.

You will leverage various recruiting tools and platforms to identify and engage potential candidates, utilizing your network and industry knowledge to find the best fit for Range. You will track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring process and ensure that the company meets its growth objectives. Additionally, you will participate in employer branding initiatives and represent Range at industry events and job fairs to attract top talent.
