What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining backend services for the Rapid Enterprise™ Platform — your work will directly impact how hospitals utilize AI for clinical decision-making. You will design and implement middleware solutions that facilitate seamless integration of DICOM standards into our platform, ensuring that imaging data is processed efficiently and accurately.

You will collaborate closely with product managers and clinical experts to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements — your ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions will be crucial. Additionally, you will participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall architecture of the system, ensuring best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.

Your role will also involve monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues as they arise — you will be expected to implement improvements based on user feedback and performance metrics. As a senior engineer, you will mentor junior team members, helping them grow their skills and understanding of backend development and DICOM standards.
