You excel in training and enhancing agents' knowledge of contracts, risk management, licensing, and state real estate law. Your collaborative spirit allows you to work seamlessly with various department leads, including brokerage operations, finance, and support. Being bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, as it enables you to communicate effectively with a diverse range of agents and clients.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage a team of licensed sales agents, providing them with the necessary guidance to navigate regulatory compliance and best practices set by the National Association of Realtors (NAR). You will implement risk management plans and collaborate with brokerage operations to ensure that all agents are compliant with state licensing laws and association membership requirements. Your responsibilities will include defining and delivering exceptional brokerage support to agents, ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed.

You will oversee the creation and continuous improvement of company-wide and state-specific brokerage operations manuals, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency. Your role will also involve responding promptly to agents' requests for assistance and problem-solving complex transaction issues. By establishing and maintaining a regional management structure, you will promote scalability and support the growth of the agent base. Utilizing remote digital technology will be essential for streamlining communication and collaboration across the team.
