What you'll do

In this role, you will supervise and support licensed agents across your region, ensuring they are fully compliant with state regulations, association requirements, and MLS guidelines. You will guide agents through contract reviews and risk management, helping them navigate complex transaction issues. Your leadership will elevate agent performance and strengthen operational excellence across the state. You will work closely with the Brokerage Operations team to implement best practices and foster a culture of compliance and support.
