Your strong communication skills enable you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to drive product success and customer satisfaction.

You are data-driven and understand the importance of metrics in guiding product decisions. You have experience in user research and can translate customer feedback into actionable insights that inform product development. Your ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously is key to your success in this role. Desirable

What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager at RecordPoint, you will take ownership of the product planning process, ensuring that all product initiatives align with the company's overall strategy. Your responsibilities will also include tracking product performance metrics and making data-driven decisions to enhance product offerings. You will lead product roadmapping sessions and ensure that all team members are aligned on priorities and timelines.

In addition, you will conduct user research to understand customer needs and pain points, using this information to inform product development. You will be responsible for defining success metrics for your product area and communicating results to the broader organization. Your leadership will help foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team.
