You thrive in environments where relationship management is key, and you have a proven track record of establishing and nurturing relationships with key agencies and advertisers. Your communication skills enable you to follow up promptly and effectively, ensuring that customer needs are met.

You are adept at investigating and resolving billing disputes, documenting your findings, and ensuring that issues are handled efficiently. Your collaborative spirit shines through as you work closely with Sales and Finance & Accounting teams to improve processes and enhance overall efficiency.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key agencies and advertisers, focusing on timely follow-ups to ensure their needs are met. You will work closely with the Sales team to manage customer expectations and collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes. Your primary goal will be to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and minimize bad debt through effective communication and relationship management.

You will investigate and resolve customer billing disputes, documenting your findings and ensuring that issues are addressed promptly. Your role will involve collaborating with the Finance & Accounting teams to identify areas for process improvement, contributing to the overall efficiency of the accounts receivable function.

You will also be expected to provide insights and recommendations based on your interactions with customers, helping to shape the strategies that drive success in accounts receivable. Your ability to problem-solve and exercise sound business judgment will be crucial as you navigate complex customer interactions and financial processes.
