You have extensive experience in AI research and engineering, particularly in the development of foundational models. Your background includes a strong understanding of Continual Pre-Training (CPT) strategies and their application in transforming generic models into specialized experts. You are comfortable working with large-scale infrastructure and have a passion for understanding community dynamics and language nuances.

What you'll do
As a Staff Research Engineer, you will define and lead the technical strategies for Continual Pre-Training, ensuring that Reddit's foundational models are tailored to the platform's unique needs.
