What you'll do
As the Product Adoption Manager, you will lead a team dedicated to scaling product adoption across Reddit's Large Customer Sales and Mid-Market advertisers. You will work closely with sales teams to pitch, onboard, and activate advertisers on our Lower Funnel product solutions. Your role involves developing strategies to drive product acquisition, retention, and upsell efforts. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Product, Marketing, and Strategy & Ops, to ensure alignment and maximize impact. You will also be responsible for coaching your team, setting performance goals, and measuring success through key metrics.
