You have a strong background in customer success or advocacy, ideally with experience in building and scaling customer engagement programs. You understand the importance of customer relationships and are passionate about enhancing customer experiences. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with diverse teams to achieve common goals. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify opportunities for customer growth and engagement, and you are comfortable leading initiatives that drive customer satisfaction. You are a strong communicator, capable of articulating the value of customer advocacy to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that promote customer adoption and advocacy for Contentstack's digital experience platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product development and service enhancements. Your hands-on leadership will guide the team in building strong relationships with customers, helping them to maximize the value they receive from the platform. You will also analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that can inform future initiatives. Your role will involve regular interaction with customers to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring that Contentstack remains a trusted partner in their digital transformation journey.
