What you'll do

As a Product Adoption Specialist at Numerix, you will be responsible for driving and executing adoption strategies for Numerix’s Pricing and Risk solutions across the APAC region. You will deliver comprehensive training sessions to clients, ensuring they understand how to utilize the products effectively. Your role will involve leading user-education initiatives that promote product adoption and enhance user experience. You will work closely with various client segments, including banks, securities firms, insurance companies, and investment managers, to understand their unique needs and challenges.

Collaboration is key in this role; you will partner with Product, Professional Services, and Customer Support teams to continually strengthen client adoption across Numerix’s product portfolio. You will gather feedback from clients to inform product improvements and ensure that the solutions meet their evolving needs. Your insights will be invaluable in shaping the future of Numerix’s offerings, as you advocate for the voice of the customer within the organization.
