What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of Client Partners and Client Account Managers, providing them with the support and guidance necessary to excel in their roles. You will actively coach your team, helping them develop their skills and achieve their individual and collective sales targets. You will represent the interests of the Pharma vertical internally, ensuring that your team's needs are communicated effectively across the organization. Collaboration with sales and marketing teams will be essential as you work to align strategies and initiatives that benefit both clients and the company. You will also be responsible for account planning and developing sales strategies that resonate with your clients' marketing objectives.
