What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of Client Partners and Client Account Managers, actively coaching and developing them to achieve their sales targets. You will manage account planning and provide thought leadership to your team, ensuring they have the tools and insights needed to succeed. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote sales narratives and initiatives that align with client needs, ultimately driving growth for Reddit's advertising platform.

You will also keep a pulse on industry trends, using this knowledge to inform your team's strategies and approaches.
