Your expertise spans accounting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and strategic planning, allowing you to provide valuable insights that drive business decisions. You thrive in dynamic environments and are comfortable working closely with founders and executive teams to shape the financial future of the company.

You possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial metrics — you can interpret data to inform strategic decisions and have experience implementing scalable financial processes. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and empowers your team to excel, ensuring that financial operations align with the company's growth objectives. You are adaptable and can pivot quickly as the business evolves, always keeping an eye on long-term financial health.

What you'll do

As the Founding Head of Finance at Reducto, you will own all financial operations, including accounting, FP&A, and strategic planning. You will establish and scale financial processes that support the company's rapid growth trajectory, ensuring that the finance function is robust and efficient. Collaborating closely with the founders, you will provide financial insights that guide strategic decisions as the company transitions from mid 7 figures to 8 figures in revenue.

You will lead the development of financial models and forecasts, enabling the company to make informed decisions about resource allocation and investment opportunities. Your role will involve building a finance team that can support the company's ambitious goals, mentoring team members, and fostering a culture of excellence within the finance function. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with financial regulations and best practices, safeguarding the company's financial integrity as it scales.
