You have a strong understanding of content policies and their enforcement, with experience in reviewing and interpreting guidelines to ensure compliance. You are detail-oriented and capable of analyzing substantial volumes of content to identify adherence to policies. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Safety Product, Engineering, and Moderation Operations, to foster a safe and civil environment on the platform. You are committed to creating a positive user experience and are passionate about community safety.
Desirable
Experience in content moderation or policy enforcement within digital platforms is a plus. Familiarity with data analysis and the ability to produce datasets for policy labels will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
What you'll do
As a Product Policy Specialist at Roblox, you will play a crucial role in executing and enforcing content policies across all moderation systems. You will review user-generated content to ensure compliance with Roblox's policies, identifying and resolving any policy gaps that may arise.
