What you'll do

As the Associate Director of Commercial Insights & Strategy, you will lead the evolution of the insights function at Regenxbio, transforming it from early-stage monitoring to a proactive commercial engine. You will collaborate with the Commercial and Portfolio teams to shape marketing strategies that enhance field effectiveness and ensure successful product launches. Your role will involve conducting thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform brand planning and market development initiatives.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing frameworks for insights generation, ensuring that the insights function is aligned with the overall business strategy. By leveraging your analytical expertise, you will provide actionable recommendations that drive decision-making across the organization.
