What you'll do
As the Associate Director of Real Estate Strategy, you will play an integral role in realizing Placemakr's mission to reimagine how people use and think about real estate. You will sit on the Real Estate Partnerships team, focusing on developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with developers, property operators, and investors. Your responsibilities will include analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth within the real estate sector. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our tech-enabled buildings provide unique guest experiences and add value to the underlying real estate. Additionally, you will lead initiatives to create and maintain a world-class, AI-supported sales team, driving innovation and efficiency in our operations.
