What you'll do
As a Senior Supplier Development Engineer at Relativity, you will play a crucial role in the Quality team, focusing on integrating quality into the design and production processes for the Terran R rocket. You will work directly with design, manufacturing, and test teams to ensure that quality is prioritized from the very beginning. Your responsibilities will include assessing supplier capabilities, conducting audits, and collaborating with suppliers to improve their processes and products.
You will also be involved in developing and implementing quality assurance strategies that align with the company's goals for the Terran R vehicle. This includes analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, as well as leading initiatives to enhance supplier performance. Your expertise will help shape the quality culture within the organization, ensuring that every team member understands their role in delivering high-quality products.
