You are committed to fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within your team, encouraging others to share their ideas and contribute to the success of the project.

Desirable

Experience in the aerospace industry or with rocket development is a plus. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and customer-facing interactions will enhance your ability to succeed in this role. What you'll do

As a Senior Technical Program Manager at Relativity, you will lead the Vehicle Hardware team through the full lifecycle of the Terran R launch vehicle, from design to build, qualification, and flight. Your role will involve collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and regulatory teams to ensure that all aspects of the vehicle meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

You will facilitate regular meetings and updates to track progress, address challenges, and celebrate milestones. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be crucial in ensuring that everyone is on the same page and working towards common goals. You will also be responsible for managing project budgets and resources, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope.

In addition to project management, you will play a key role in shaping the culture of the Vehicle Engineering organization. You will encourage team members to take ownership of their work and foster an environment where creativity and technical rigor go hand in hand. Your leadership will help define the processes and practices that will guide the team as they work on groundbreaking technology that has the potential to change the future of space exploration.
