Remi is hiring a Contractor Performance Manager to build and maintain relationships with roofing and solar installation partners. You'll focus on performance management and process improvement in Lehi, Utah.

You have proven experience in contractor or vendor management, particularly in the roofing or solar industries. Your ability to develop and strengthen relationships with partners is key to your success in this role. You are detail-oriented and possess a proactive, team-first mindset that drives you to ensure project execution excellence.

You excel in performance management, holding contractors accountable to service level agreements (SLAs), project timelines, and quality standards. Your experience allows you to help partners improve their scheduling and throughput, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Your skills in recruitment and onboarding are vital as you identify and bring on new high-performing partners to expand capacity and improve coverage. You understand the importance of cross-functional communication and serve as a liaison between Remi and enterprise partners, maintaining alignment and resolving issues quickly.

You are adept at maintaining organized and accurate project pipelines, providing consistent updates across various platforms such as CRM systems and dashboards. Your ability to identify gaps in processes and share best practices contributes to contractor success and customer satisfaction.
