Your skills in recruitment and onboarding are vital as you identify and bring on new high-performing partners to expand capacity and improve coverage. You understand the importance of cross-functional communication and serve as a liaison between Remi and enterprise partners, maintaining alignment and resolving issues quickly.

You are adept at maintaining organized and accurate project pipelines, providing consistent updates across various platforms such as CRM systems and dashboards. Your ability to identify gaps in processes and share best practices contributes to contractor success and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with roofing and solar installation partners across assigned territories. You will oversee project pipelines, ensuring that all partners are held accountable to SLAs and quality standards. Your focus on performance management will help contractors improve their scheduling and throughput, ultimately enhancing project execution.

You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new high-performing partners to expand Remi's network. This involves working closely with the Operations team to ensure that all partners are aligned with company goals and standards. You will also serve as a key point of contact for enterprise clients, facilitating communication and resolving any issues that arise.
