While roofing or solar experience is not required, your ability to sell the value of joining the Remi network is essential. You understand the importance of building relationships and are comfortable scheduling and running partnership meetings to foster collaboration and growth.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and manage a contractor pipeline from first contact to onboarded partner, ensuring that every step of the process is executed flawlessly. You will schedule and run partnership meetings, presenting the value of joining the Remi network to potential contractors. Keeping the CRM updated and maintaining tight follow-ups will be crucial to your success, as you will need to track next steps accurately to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Your contributions will directly impact Remi's growth, and high performers in this role will have clear upside, responsibility, and room to grow within the company. You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and innovation, working together to expand Remi's reach and effectiveness in the market.
