What you'll do

As a Hiring Success Manager at RemoFirst, you will be responsible for advising customers on the global employment process. This includes providing insights about employment regulations in the country of hire and ensuring compliance through an Employer of Record (EoR) model. You will keep all parties updated on the hiring progress and maintain internal platforms to reflect accurate information. Additionally, you may assist with offboarding employees at the end of their employment, ensuring a smooth transition.
