You have a strong background in HR or people operations, with experience in guiding clients through complex employment processes. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to explain compliance and hiring procedures clearly to clients and their employees. You are detail-oriented and organized, ensuring that all steps in the hiring process are completed accurately and efficiently.

What you'll do
As a Hiring Success Manager at RemoFirst, you will be responsible for advising clients on the global employment process. This includes providing insights about employment laws in the country of hire and explaining how to hire compliantly via an Employer of Record (EoR). You will proactively update all parties involved in the hiring process, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned.
You will also manage the internal platforms to keep hiring processes updated and follow internal procedures to ensure accuracy. Additionally, you may be responsible for offboarding employees when their employment comes to an end, ensuring that this process is handled smoothly and professionally.
