RemoFirst is seeking a Manager, Vendor Strategy and Operations to oversee the performance and scalability of their Local Partner ecosystem. This role requires strong leadership and operational skills to ensure compliance and service delivery standards are met.

You have a strong background in operations management, ideally with experience in vendor strategy and performance oversight. You understand the importance of compliance and service delivery in a global context, and you have a proven track record of leading teams to achieve operational excellence. You are comfortable working cross-functionally and have excellent communication skills that enable you to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on quality and results. You are data-driven and use metrics to inform your decisions, ensuring that vendor performance aligns with customer experience and compliance targets. You are passionate about building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Desirable
Experience in global HR platforms or EOR (Employer of Record) services would be a plus. Familiarity with automation and knowledge management initiatives is also desirable, as these skills will support retention, margin, and growth in the role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be accountable for the end-to-end performance and health of RemoFirstβs Local Partner ecosystem. You will lead a globally distributed team, ensuring that partners consistently meet operational, compliance, and service delivery standards. Your responsibilities will include owning vendor performance outcomes and aligning vendor decisions with customer experience, risk, and compliance targets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support escalation resolution and drive initiatives that enhance operational efficiency. You will also be involved in strategic planning to scale the LP ecosystem effectively, ensuring that it meets the growing demands of the business. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a collaborative environment where team members feel empowered to contribute to the company's mission.
