You possess a keen eye for detail and can vet vendors for quality, professionalism, and reliability — reviewing portfolios and checking licenses and insurance is second nature to you. You understand the importance of building relationships with vendors and can negotiate rates that work for everyone involved. Your ability to operate with urgency while balancing long-term scalability is a key asset in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you'll proactively source high-quality vendors across multiple trades, from painters to locksmiths, ensuring that Belong's homes are ready for their next chapter. You'll vet each vendor to ensure they meet the company's standards for quality and reliability, reviewing their portfolios and checking necessary credentials. Negotiating smartly will be a crucial part of your responsibilities, as you'll lock in rates that benefit both the vendors and Belong.

You'll track onboarding statuses and manage vendor relationships, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks. Your organizational skills will be put to the test as you balance the needs of various teams while moving quickly to secure the best talent in home services. You'll be on the front lines of building a network of trusted vendors that align with Belong's mission of empowering residents through homeownership.
