What you'll do

As the Product Lead for Infrastructure at Render, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for our cloud platform — you will work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure that our offerings align with market needs and company goals. You will lead product discovery efforts, conducting user research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

You will prioritize the product roadmap, balancing short-term wins with long-term strategic initiatives — your role will involve setting clear objectives and key results (OKRs) for your team, ensuring that everyone is aligned and focused on delivering value to our users. You will also be responsible for communicating product updates and progress to stakeholders, fostering transparency and collaboration across the organization.

In this role, you will mentor and guide junior product managers, helping them develop their skills and grow within the company — you will create an environment where team members feel empowered to share their ideas and contribute to the product vision. You will also collaborate with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies that effectively communicate the value of our infrastructure solutions to potential customers.
