Your hands-on experience with GCP, AWS, and Azure allows you to navigate the intricacies of cloud security effectively. You are a natural leader who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance security posture and ensure compliance. What you'll do
As the Cloud Security Lead, you will own the cloud security strategy for Replit, focusing on GCP while also overseeing AWS and Azure. You will lead efforts in configuration hardening and optimization of CSPM platforms across multi-cloud environments. Your role will involve establishing configuration baselines, guardrails, and remediation processes to enhance security posture. You will work closely with Engineering, Compliance, and Security Architecture teams to implement secure-by-default development practices. Additionally, you will influence product and engineering teams to ensure that security is integrated into the development lifecycle. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping the security culture within the organization and ensuring that our platform remains a safe environment for developers.
