You possess strong leadership skills, having successfully built and scaled SOC teams in previous roles. Your ability to mentor and guide team members is complemented by your commitment to operational excellence, ensuring that processes, runbooks, and metrics are established and maintained. You are well-versed in the latest security threats and trends, allowing you to proactively address potential vulnerabilities in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

As the Security Operations Lead, you will be responsible for leading a global SOC team that operates 24/7, ensuring that all security incidents are monitored, triaged, and escalated appropriately. You will build and refine operational processes, including SLAs and quality standards, to maintain high levels of service in a complex cloud infrastructure. Your role will involve evaluating and integrating emerging AI-based SOC products to enhance detection and response capabilities.

You will collaborate closely with teams across Cloud Security, Compliance/GRC, SRE, and Platform Engineering to ensure that the detection strategy is robust and scalable. Your hands-on approach will allow you to directly influence the effectiveness of security operations, as you work to solve complex challenges in a high-scale AI environment. You will also be responsible for overseeing monitoring across multi-cloud environments, including GCP, AWS, and Azure, as well as Kubernetes and various SaaS services.
