What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the technical relationship with Replit's largest enterprise accounts. You will engage in post-sales activities, focusing on driving adoption, expansion, and retention of the platform. Your role will involve conducting architecture discussions and ensuring that customers are leveraging Replit to its fullest potential. You will also participate in pre-sales activities, assisting in closing complex technical evaluations and demonstrating the value of Replit's offerings. Your proactive approach will help identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and success.

You will collaborate closely with Account Executives and Account Managers, providing them with the technical insights needed to support their sales efforts. This role is not just about reactive support; you will take the initiative to drive customer engagement and success. You will be instrumental in shaping the customer experience and ensuring that Replit's solutions meet their needs effectively.
