What you'll do
In this role, you will lead enterprise implementations of Asana, ensuring that clients can leverage the platform to its fullest potential. You will act as a change management partner, helping clients navigate the transition to using Asana as a core part of their collaboration strategy. Your responsibilities will include conducting needs assessments, developing tailored engagement plans, and delivering training sessions to client teams. You will work closely with clients to drive adoption and ensure that they achieve their desired business outcomes. You will also gather feedback and iterate on your approach to continuously improve the implementation process. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams to align on best practices and share insights gained from client engagements.
