What you'll do
As a Professional Services Consultant at Outreach, you will be the primary point of contact for customers post-sale, guiding them through the onboarding process. You will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor the implementation of Outreach's solutions to meet those needs. Your role will involve educating customers on the features and benefits of the platform, ensuring they are equipped to leverage it effectively.
