Overview

Restaurant365 is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for their Professional Services and Digital Success team. You'll lead cross-functional initiatives and evolve the Customer Success technology ecosystem. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in managing complex projects.

Who you are

You have a strong background in business analysis with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a technology or professional services environment. You excel at establishing standards and frameworks that drive efficiency and effectiveness in customer success initiatives. Your ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects is complemented by your strong communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

You are adept at analyzing business needs and translating them into actionable solutions. You understand the importance of a scalable delivery model and have experience in evolving technology ecosystems to meet changing business requirements. Your analytical mindset enables you to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Desirable

Experience with customer success technology platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with project management methodologies. You are comfortable working in a remote environment and have a proven track record of managing projects that require coordination across multiple teams.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and evolve the Customer Success technology ecosystem, ensuring that it aligns with the strategic goals of the organization. You will establish standards and frameworks that facilitate consistent and scalable delivery across Professional Services and Digital Success. Leading complex, cross-functional initiatives will be a key part of your responsibilities, requiring you to collaborate with various teams to ensure that solutions remain effective as business needs grow and change.

You will analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement, leveraging data to inform your decisions. Your role will involve working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
