What you'll do
As the Customer Marketing Manager at Restaurant365, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive expansion revenue across our existing customer base. You will own the lifecycle expansion campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with our overall marketing objectives and effectively communicate the value of our products to customers. Your role will involve producing webinars and crafting customer communications that highlight adjacent solutions and encourage further product adoption.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our marketing initiatives are well-coordinated and impactful. Your direct accountability for expansion pipeline contribution means that you will need to track and report on the success of your campaigns, making adjustments as necessary to optimize performance. As the function matures, there may be opportunities for you to take on a player-coach role, mentoring junior team members and helping to shape the future of our customer marketing efforts.
